The Sauls Law Firm also handles educational issues. Our educational system is in a state of constant change, and it is important to get an attorney versed in those new changes. There are many differences in our court systems and our educational system. Our educational system consist of a school board tribunal, and not a single judge. Our educational system requires due process hearing before permanent disciplinary action is taken against your child. Many parents don't understand this and sign away there children's due process rights. If a parent unknowingly signs away those rights it can forever leave the child with a disciplinary record.
