Ulice (Trey) Sauls III, Trey concentrates on Family law and Criminal Defense, but he also has extensive experience General Civil Litigation. Since he earned his Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University, Trey has worked in the criminal justice field. Initially, he served as a Deputy with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Department in South Carolina. He then moved to Atlanta where he was a Probation Officer with the Georgia Department of Corrections. Trey graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan where he earned a Litigation Achievement award. After law school, Trey was a law clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge M. Gino Brogdon. He assisted the Judge with the day to day operations of the courtroom, including drafting orders. As an attorney at King and Spalding, LLP, in Atlanta, he was exposed to a wide variety of civil litigation and managed several projects for top fortune 500 companies. Trey began his practice in family law as an associate with The Siemon Law Firm in Forsyth County. While he gained experience in all areas of domestic law, he decided to open his own law practice where he could help families in his home county of Gwinnett. Trey assists families in the counties surrounding Gwinnett as well. His experience in law enforcement gives Trey the ability to serve his clients in a way that most attorneys cannot. Trey is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Forsyth County Bar Association. Trey is a hard working advocate for all of his clients. When he is not on the clock he is spending time with his family and friends in the great outdoors.
